ANIMAKON CONGRESS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

§1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The organizers of the ANIMAKON Congress for Italian language teachers and enthusiasts of Italy are firma, with its registered office in Krakow at adress.

2. The conference will take place on October 25, 2025.
3. The lectures will be held in Polish and Italian.
4. The Organizer reserves the right to introduce changes to the ANIMAKON Congress program and Terms and Conditions, as well as to change the date and place of the Congress or cancel it.
5. In the event of cancellation, the Organizer will inform registered Participants by email no later than 2 days before the planned start date.
6. Submitting a participation application is equivalent to accepting these Terms and Conditions.

§2 CONFERENCE RULES

1. The ANIMAKON Congress is intended for Italian language teachers, lecturers, and enthusiasts of Italy.
2. Participation requires registration through the form on https://animakon.pl and payment for the ticket.
3. The Organizer sets the ANIMAKON Congress program and may modify it.
4. The Participant consents to the processing by firma, with its registered office in Krakow at adress, of their personal data and image for promotional, educational, and popularization purposes.

§3 GDPR

1. The controller of the Participant’s personal data is Anima Anna Kondraciuk with its registered office in Krakow, ul. Aleksandry 27/43, 30-837 Krakow. Contact: anima@www
2. Personal data is processed under the GDPR for the organization of the Congress, conclusion of the contract, fulfillment of legal obligations, archival and promotional purposes, and the establishment and defense of claims.
3. Providing personal data is a condition for concluding the contract; failure to provide it prevents participation in the Congress.
4. Personal data will be stored for the period necessary to perform the contract and in accordance with applicable law.
5. Recipients of the data may include entities providing services to the Controller.
6. The Participant has the right to access, rectify, object to, erase, or restrict processing of data, withdraw consent, transfer data, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

§4 FINAL PROVISIONS

1. Matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions are governed by Polish law.
